Ipod Touch keeps freezing

My ipod touch is playin up a bit at the mo, if i leave it over night n switch it back on in the morning it has froozen, the clock is at a random time and the screen won't work to allow me to unlock it

i've tried restoring it via Itunes and reloading all my apps n stuff but its still playing up,

Sometimes after leavin it for a few hours it'll start back up again but i end up resetting the time / date and then the apps won't work untill i delete one and reload it (doesn't matter which app it is)

does anyone have any suggestions apart from throw it out the window??

I feel for ya mate, I had similar problems with my iphone but luckily a reinstall did the trick.

Hows the battery on it?? sometimes they can start playing up when the battery is on its way out

battery life doesn't seem to of changed much, only thing i have changed before its started doing it is plugging it into the radio in the car

Just cleaned it and loaded some new firmware so will gi that a try if

no different today, still had locked up didn't put any of the apps back on so thats ruled them out

yeah had a look on the forums and everyone seems to say it'll be fine after a restore

oh well maybe time for a iphone 4
